چکیده

Objective To investigate the burden of disease and their prognosis amongst patients with neuro-autoimmune (NAD). Background NAD has been shown to increase overall mortality early death among patients. However, in not yet fully characterized. Design/Methods A retrospective analysis on 34464 hospitalized at a tertiary care center major metropolitan area was conducted. The outcomes compared included prevalence comorbidities, high risk rheumatoid arthritis and/or lupus (RAL) without (NAD nNAD). initial disposition after discharge, length hospital stay, ICU admission, comorbidities or (cNAD cnNAD) also determined. Results There is no significant difference level comorbidity (53% vs 54%) (19% 24%) between nNAD, respectively (p > 0.05). 4.7% 2.2% nNAD had RAL < 0.02). 5% cNAD 4.3% ncNAD admissions 16% 20% 42% 72% were discharged home 0.0001). average stay 10 6.7 days for ncNAD, 0.01). Conclusions These results suggest that may affect but RAL. Furthermore, status correlate NAD.

The authors conducted a series of population-based cohort studies, utilizing the United Kingdom General Practice Research Database, to assess intraindividual risks of coexistence of rheumat...
